À lire avant de commander — la dilatationComme tout revêtement PVC, les dalles se dilatent avec la chaleur. La qualité ECO CLASSIC y est nettement plus sensible : au-delà de 25 à 26 °C, elle doit impérativement être collée. La qualité PURE, en PVC vierge, est beaucoup plus stable et se pose librement dans la plupart des situations.

Dans tous les cas et quelle que soit la qualité, le collage est obligatoire en cas d'exposition directe au soleil ou de températures dépassant 30 °C.

Commun aux deux qualités — dalle 500 × 500 mm · épaisseur 10 mm · pose clipsée sans colle · charge statique jusqu'à 50 t/m² · finitions lisse, tôle larmée ou pastillée · résistance aux huiles, solvants et produits chimiques.

What is the difference between recycled and standard tiles?

Les dalles PVC RECYCLÉES font partie de nos meilleurs ventes grâce à leur tarif imbattable ! Il faut toutefois savoir que l’aspect n’est pas aussi parfait que la gamme classique. Il y a des inclusions de couleurs dans la masse car le granulé PVC utilisé n'est pas homogène. Et le matériau est mixé avec d’autres composants recyclés. Malgré leur aspect peu uniforme, les dalles « ECO-RECYCLÉ » restent un best-seller. Une fois installées, le résultat final crée une patine générale qui est assez esthétique. Voici deux exemples de rendus ci-dessous avec les dalles ECO-RECYCLÉ noires et grises.

What is the purpose of the protective varnish option?

The protective polyurethane varnish provides a layer that protects clear PVC tiles from the brown stains caused by tire migration on PVC. This treatment is carried out at the factory, and the tiles arrive ready for installation. It costs €9 per m².

Are there any finishing accessories?

Yes, we offer bevelled corners and edges for garage entrances. We do not sell baseboards.

Will water seep under the slabs?

The joints are tight enough to prevent any infiltration. If a little moisture does get through, it evaporates in the same place it entered.

What is the lifespan of the tiles?

Around 15 to 20 years.

How do you clean tiles?

The tiles are rot-proof and can be washed with water (mop, scrubber-dryer). For maintenance, we recommend Dr Schutz PU cleaner.

Are ULTIMA tiles suitable for outdoor use?

ULTIMA tiles are designed for indoor use. However, if you wish to use them outdoors, they must be glued to prevent expansion.

What types of vehicles do they support?

ULTIMA slabs are exceptionally strong, capable of withstanding loads of up to 50 metric tons per square meter. Our slabs are heavy and very dense, allowing them to withstand traffic from all types of vehicles: cars, motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, etc.

Are these tiles suitable for professional use?

Yes, most of our customers are automotive and industrial professionals.

Are they treated to resist oil and grease?

Yes, these tiles are treated against hydrocarbons and other chemicals.

Should I use a primer?

No, that's not necessary. These tiles must be laid on a smooth, hard and straight surface.
