Designed for garages, workshops, and automotive showrooms, ULTIMA INDUSTRY offers excellent resistance to heavy loads and vehicle traffic, up to 50 metric tons per square meter.
Its 50 × 50 cm size and clip-together system allow for quick and easy installation—without glue—directly on top of most existing floors, even damaged ones. The tiles can be easily cut using a jigsaw or circular saw.
Its discreet joints and variety of colors make it possible to create a durable, attractive, and customizable floor suitable for both commercial and residential use.

For the Yellow and Light Gray colors, it is strongly recommended that you apply a polyurethane protective coating to create a protective layer between the tile and dirt.

Quick and easy installation
Installation is generally done without any surface preparation. These tiles are installed as a floating floor and do not need to be glued down, except in certain specific cases (see technical data sheet).

RECYCLED PVC tiles are among our best sellers thanks to their unbeatable price! However, it’s important to note that their appearance isn’t as flawless as that of the classic line. There are color inclusions throughout the material because the PVC granules used aren’t uniform. Additionally, the material is blended with other recycled components. Despite their slightly uneven appearance, the “ECO-RECYCLED” tiles remain a best-seller. Once installed, the final result creates an overall patina that is quite attractive. Below are two examples of how the black and gray ECO-RECYCLED tiles look when installed.
The protective polyurethane varnish provides a layer that protects clear PVC tiles from the brown stains caused by tire migration on PVC. This treatment is carried out at the factory, and the tiles arrive ready for installation. It costs €9 per m².
Yes, we offer bevelled corners and edges for garage entrances. We do not sell baseboards.
The joints are tight enough to prevent any infiltration. If a little moisture does get through, it evaporates in the same place it entered.

The tiles are rot-proof and can be washed with water (mop, scrubber-dryer). For maintenance, we recommend Dr Schutz PU cleaner.
ULTIMA tiles are designed for indoor use. However, if you wish to use them outdoors, they must be glued to prevent expansion.
ULTIMA slabs are exceptionally strong, capable of withstanding loads of up to 50 metric tons per square meter. Our slabs are heavy and very dense, allowing them to withstand traffic from all types of vehicles: cars, motorcycles, trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks, etc.
