A polyurethane foam underlay designed to be placed under tatami mats to improve comfort and safety during both training and competition.
On a hard surface—concrete, slab, or screed—it is strongly recommended to install it before laying the tatami: it provides the cushioning that the subfloor lacks and reduces stress on the joints during repeated falls.
