LARGE-FORMAT PVC FLOOR TILES FOR COMMERCIAL SPACES

Designed for offices, storage areas, showrooms, and retail spaces, ULTIMA XL offers an attractive, durable, and quick-to-install solution. Its large 63.9 × 63.9 cm format allows for quick coverage of large areas while minimizing the number of seams.

With a thickness of 4 mm, it is suitable for commercial spaces with heavy daily foot traffic, as well as for use with hand pallet jacks and small carts.

Its click-together system allows for quick and easy installation—without glue—directly on top of most existing floors. The tiles can be easily cut using a jigsaw or a circular saw.

IMPORTANT – LIGHT-COLORED TILES
For the Yellow and Light Gray colors, it is strongly recommended that you apply a polyurethane protective coating to create a protective layer between the tile and dirt.

For indoor use. If the tiles will be exposed to direct sunlight or high temperatures, it is recommended that they be glued down.

Please read before ordering — Expansion: Likeall PVC flooring, these tiles expand when exposed to heat. The ECO CLASSIC grade is significantly more susceptible to this: at temperatures above 25 to 26 °C, it must be installed using adhesive. The ECO PREMIUM and PURE grades are much more stable and can be installed as loose-lay flooring in most situations.

In all cases, regardless of the grade, gluing is required if the flooring is exposed to direct sunlight or if temperatures exceed 30 °C.

What are the benefits of the 639 x 639 mm large format?

An ULTIMA XL tile covers more than 60% more floor area than a standard 500 x 500 mm tile. Construction progresses faster, and the floor has fewer visible joints, resulting in a smoother, more seamless look.
Should the tiles be glued down?

No. The tiles snap together without glue or tools, using a floating installation method. Glue is required only in certain specific cases—such as direct sunlight or high temperatures—as specified in the technical data sheet.
Does the soil need to be prepared?

Generally not: the flooring is installed over the existing floor, without leveling. The subfloor simply needs to be clean and free of significant irregularities.
How much weight can the slab support?

Up to 50 metric tons per square meter. It has been tested and approved for use with forklifts, heavy vehicles, and industrial machinery.
How do you cut a tile?

With a jigsaw. A rubber mallet makes it easier to snap the tiles together.
Which quality should I choose: ECO or PURE?
