What grade of PVC should you choose?

All three grades have the same dimensions, the same thickness, and the same clip-on system. The differences lie in the material, heat resistance, uniformity of appearance, and number of color options.

Please read before ordering — Expansion: Likeall PVC flooring, these tiles expand when exposed to heat. The ECO CLASSIC grade is significantly more susceptible to this: at temperatures above 25 to 26 °C, it must be installed using adhesive. The ECO PREMIUM and PURE grades are much more stable and can be installed as loose-lay flooring in most situations.

In all cases, regardless of the grade, gluing is required if the flooring is exposed to direct sunlight or if temperatures exceed 30 °C.

Common to all three grades — tile size 63.9 × 63.9 cm · thickness 4 mm · “Snakeskin” surface · clip-on installation without adhesive · static load capacity up to 50 t/m² · resistance to oils, solvents, and chemicals.

Qu'apporte le grand format 639 x 639 mm ?

Une dalle ULTIMA XL couvre plus de 60 % de surface en plus qu'une dalle standard de 500 x 500 mm. Le chantier avance plus vite, et le sol présente moins de joints visibles pour un rendu plus tendu.

Should the tiles be glued down?

Non. Les dalles se clipsent entre elles, sans colle ni outil, en pose flottante. Le collage n'est nécessaire que dans certains cas particuliers — exposition directe au soleil ou température élevée — précisés dans la fiche technique.

Le sol doit-il être préparé ?

Généralement non : la pose se fait sur le sol existant, sans ragréage. Le support doit simplement être propre et sans irrégularité marquée.

Quelle charge la dalle supporte-t-elle ?

Jusqu'à 50 tonnes au m². Elle est testée et validée pour les chariots élévateurs, les véhicules lourds et les machines industrielles.

Comment découper une dalle ?
