MOSAIK ESD tiles are conductive and static-dissipative PVC tiles designed for facilities where static electricity must be dissipated: electronic component manufacturing, the automotive industry, ATEX zones, electrical distribution centers, data centers, laboratories, and healthcare facilities.
The material incorporates charges specifically designed to prevent the buildup of static electricity. Combined with copper strips installed in the floor, the tiles conduct the charges to an end tile connected to ground via the grounding kit: the floor becomes a safe, conductive surface that can be used as a primary floor, in compliance with IEC 61340-4-1.
Dovetail clipping can be done without glue or tools on any surface and allows you to work on the space in sections without interrupting operations. Price shown is per square meter, including tax.

Copper strips are laid on the floor before the slabs are installed. The conductive slabs carry the loads to an end slab, which is connected to ground via the grounding kit.
The grounding kit and ESD tape are essential for the conductive floor to function properly. ESD edging and corner pieces provide the perimeter finish.
