The Initial Need

Carrosserie 66, located in Millas in the Pyrénées-Orientales, restores luxury vehicles: sports cars, high-end SUVs, and vintage motorcycles that pass through its hands must be displayed in a setting befitting their status. The original floor was damaged concrete, completely out of place with the workshop’s ambiance.

The Selected Solution

The client chose AERO perforated panels in four colors—blue, black, white, and gray—arranged in a large checkerboard pattern that complements the workshop’s blue walls and illuminated ceiling. The 450 m² of flooring was installed without adhesive, clipped directly onto the concrete by the La Carrosserie 66 team itself in June 2026: the AERO tiles can be installed without any special tools. Vehicles drive and park on them, and the perforated surface allows cleaning water to drain away.

Approximately 2,900 AERO tiles measuring 39.5 x 39.5 cm, with each tile covering nearly 0.16 m², plus the offcuts.
