Publisher"). The Policy may be modified at any time by the Publisher, in particular in order to comply with any regulatory, legal, editorial or technical developments. The User must refer to the latest version of the Policy before browsing. When browsing the Site, we may collect and process Personal Data in order to enable the User to access the services offered by the Site. Personal Data" means any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.). As part of its obligations under the Regulations, the Publisher undertakes to limit the collection of Data to what is strictly necessary (data minimization). 

1. Personal data collected

 The Publisher may collect the following Data: 

• User account data: i.e. the data you enter when creating an account for ordering products (first name, last name, billing and delivery postal addresses, email address, cell phone number, password for connection to the customer account); either directly on the Site, or via the Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Amazon single sign-on facility offered on the Site.

• Order and transaction data: data you enter when you make online purchases (e-mail addresses, delivery address, telephone number), order history, products purchased, quantity, amount, any refunds and payment details;

• Data voluntarily communicated by the User in the context of customer service (via email, post or telephone) for requests for information or any other request relating to after-sales service;

• Data entered by the User in the contact form or quote request form: surname, first name, email, telephone number, surface area in m2 and message, as well as the answers provided by the Publisher to manage requests.

Users are advised to provide only the personal data strictly necessary for their request, and in particular not to enter any personal data considered sensitive, such as data that may reveal racial or ethnic origins, data relating to political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, data relating to health or sex life, data relating to offences, convictions or security measures. Payment details (credit card number, expiry date, authorization number, security code) are collected directly by our payment service provider STRIPE. 

2. Purposes and legal basis of data collection

 Data collected when using the Site is processed for the following purposes: 

• The creation and management of the User account,
• Management and delivery of ordered products,
• Managing customer service requests for products purchased,
• The management of requests for information, requests for quotes or any other request on the Site,
• Managing unpaid bills,
• Carrying out transactions,
• The fight against computer fraud,
• The sending of promotional content or commercial prospecting by email or SMS if the User has consented,
• Analysis of visits to the Site and their frequency, audience measurement, studies and statistics, to improve the User experience on the Site.
• Management of requests for access, rectification and opposition rights.

 When Data is collected, the User will be informed whether certain Data is mandatory or optional. Data identified by an asterisk on the information forms are mandatory. Otherwise, access to and use of the services by the User may be restricted. Data processing is based on the following legal grounds: 

• The execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of a User who wishes to obtain a quote, information or service on the Site. This pre-contractual execution implies, in particular, knowing the identity, contact details and purpose of the User's request, so that the User can be contacted again. 

• Contract fulfillment: this refers to processing for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed by Users. For example, some of your personal data is required to deliver the product, manage the customer account and provide after-sales service;

• Legitimate interest: this refers to processing linked to the Publisher's communication and statistical studies, while respecting the balance between the fundamental rights and freedoms of customers and the objective of promoting and improving the Publisher's services.

• Prior consent of the person concerned: to send promotional content by e-mail or SMS, the User must have consented to the sending of such content, and may object at any time. 

• Compliance with a legal obligation , such as keeping invoices for accounting purposes, or combating Internet fraud.

3. Recipients of the data collected

 Personal data collected by the Publisher is never passed on to third parties such as commercial partners, unless you give your consent. Only the Publisher's staff, its subcontractors, all persons who require it for the performance of their duties and, where applicable, public authorities and bodies, are recipients of the User's data, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Personal Data may be communicated to third parties acting as subcontractors, bound by a subcontracting agreement to perform services such as order delivery, hosting, storage, communication, payment, database management or IT maintenance on the Site. These subcontractors will only act on the instructions of the Publisher and will only have access to Personal Data that is strictly necessary for the performance of their mission. They shall be bound by the same security and confidentiality obligations as the Publisher. For payment of orders by credit card, the Publisher uses the services of STRIPE, a remote payment solution whose confidentiality policy and general terms and conditions of sale and use are available at the following address https://stripe.com/en-fr/privacy#translation. By using remote payment by credit card, you accept that your Personal Data, and in particular your bank details, may be stored and used by STRIPE to process payments. 

4. Data retention and archiving

 User Data will not be kept longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes set out herein, in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, the Publisher regularly cleans and updates the Data. In this respect, Data used for canvassing purposes is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the closure of the User's account or the last contact with the prospect concerned. In the case of personal Data collected and processed for order management and after-sales service purposes, the retention period extends until the legal prescription date, i.e. 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship. Nevertheless, certain Data may be archived beyond the periods provided for in order to comply with accounting and tax obligations, and for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, with the sole aim of making such data available to the judicial authorities or the administration, where necessary. 

5. Personal data protection

 Personal Data collected by the Publisher remain strictly confidential. The Publisher undertakes to take all necessary precautions and appropriate organizational and technical measures to preserve the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. The Publisher has implemented security measures to protect the Personal Data collected, in particular against unauthorized access and use. However, the Publisher cannot guarantee the elimination of any risk of misuse of the Data.The Publisher has also put in place procedures to deal with any suspected breach of data security, and is, in accordance with the law, obliged to notify Users, as well as any competent supervisory authority, in the event of a suspected breach of data security for the cases set out by the law. 

6. User rights

 Users may at any time request access, rectification, deletion, portability and restriction of the processing of their Personal Data transmitted to the Publisher, or object to it. The User's rights are as follows: 

• right of access: you have the right to receive a copy of the Personal Data collected; if we have a good reason, and if the Regulations so permit, we may refuse such a request for access to your Data or to certain elements of your request. If we refuse your request or any part of it, we will tell you why.
• right of rectification: you have the right to request the rectification of any error in the Data or to complete them;
